Mark A. Marino is a skilled and passionate litigator with experience in
both personal injury and commercial litigation. Early in his career in
personal injury, Mr. Marino received his training at a high-profile New
York personal injury firm. Since leaving that firm, Mr. Marino has
successfully handled a wide array of personal injury cases. The

Mr. Marino's skill, passion, and commitment to his practice. Mr. Marino
handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents,
pedestrian knockdowns, premises liability (slip and falls), construction

Mr. Marino's background and training has also equipped him with the skills necessary to handle matters in areas of commercial litigation. Mr. Marino began his career in the commercial litigation department at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the nation's most respected law firms, and later practiced at McGuire Woods LLP. He has worked on multi-million dollar lawsuits between some of the largest corporations in America. Mr. Marino is grateful for this opportunity, not only because it affords him the ability to handle a diversity of matters, but it is this experience that allows him to better understand his adversaries when representing plaintiffs.
Mr. Marino attended the University of Notre Dame on a baseball scholarship and graduated, magna cum laude, with a Finance degree. He then attended Northwestern Law School and graduated, cum laude, with a concentration in Trial Advocacy. Mr. Marino is admitted in New York and Illinois, as well as the federal courts sitting in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Northern District of Illinois.
Mark Marino is the President of the New York City Attorney Networking Association and serves on the Tort Litigation Committee at The New York City Bar Association. He has also served as a judge for the moot court competition at New York Law School.
