Commercial Litigation

Mark Marino is a skilled litigator with substantive experience and training at two of the nation's top law firms, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and McGuire Woods LLP. He is also a small business owner – real estate development – in this very tough economy.

Mr. Marino has had his hand in commercial disputes at the federal and state level, from the District of Wyoming to New York County. The subject matter of these disputes spans a wide variety of businesses and companies across many industries. His capability to handle contractual disputes for small to mid-sized businesses at a reasonable price makes his firm an especially attractive choice. A good example of Mr. Marino's ability to litigate matters for small businesses dealt with the acquisition of a temporary restraining order for a small publishing company in a dispute with the warehouse in which its books were stored, allowing the publishing company to distribute and sell its books during the Holiday Season.

No single attorney is equipped to handle every aspect of commercial litigation. Like all good attorneys, Mr. Marino knows what he cannot handle. As the President of the New York City Attorney Networking Association, Mr. Marino has access to great attorneys who specialize in virtually every field of law for the client to consider. The bottom line is that the client gets the best representation possible.

Mr. Marino is licensed to practice in New York and Illinois, as well as the federal courts sitting in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Northern District of Illinois.
